AIMCG Investment Policy
AIMCG has a policy to invest in commercial real-estate properties of various types, such as Shopping Centers, Lifestyle Malls, Office Buildings, Convention Centers, etc. as well as any facilities, equipment related to the Shopping Centers, Lifestyle Malls, Office Buildings, Convention Centers. Including any rights in relation to or in connection with such properties
Investment Assets
For the initial asset investment, AIMCG invested in the leasehold right in three lifestyle mall real estate projects consist of:
- UD Town Project – The trust will invest in the rights to the lease and sub-lease of the land, buildings and related systems.
- 72 Courtyard Project – The trust will invest in the rights to the lease of land, buildings and related systems.
- Porto Chino Project – The trust will invest in the rights to lease of land, buildings and related systems. /1

- Freehold of condominium for commercial use (retail area) in Noble Solo Project
Additional Investment no. 2
- Village Hub Ratchapruek Project - The trust will invest in the rights to the sub-lease of the land and the rights to the lease of buildings and related systems.
